you know how your personal information is processed and used. The following policies are
only in effect for the Web pages, e-stores, newsletters, discussion lists and opt-in
announcement lists owned and operated by Acorn Planet, Inc.
What Information are we collecting and how we collect them
When a visitor requests a page from AcornPlanet.com, our Web server automatically
recognize that visitor's domain name and IP address. The domain name and IP address reveal
nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you have accessed our
site. We use this information to examine our traffic in aggregate. We do not disclose
the information we collect to any outside third parties! We also do not collect and
evaluate this information for specific individuals. Our Web servers do not automatically
record e-mail addresses of the visitors.
What are cookies?
Our affiliate program use "Cookie" to track the original referer link. A
cookie is a small piece of data that is sent to your Internet browser from a Web server
and stored on your computer's hard drive. A cookie can't read data off of your computer

What information do we collect when you register/fill out a form for something?
What we collect is shown on each form and it's intended use is clearly stated on the
form. We do not share any information with other third party. We also have no partnership
with any advertising company.
What other information do you request?
When you order or make credit card payment, it's requested that you fill in a valid
email or other contact information. This information is used to make sure the transaction
is processed according to your request. Also in case we are out of inventory, we can
contact you to cancel or change your order. After your first order, we might contact you
for new product offerings or special offers. If you do not want to receive such
announcement, please send us email at remove@AcornPlanet.com
to remove your email from our internal email list.
We may also request your e-mail address or mailing address for the purposes of
conducting a survey or to provide additional services (for example, subscriptions to
e-mail newsletters, announcement lists or information about conferences and trade shows).
Whenever we request the identity of a visitor, we will clearly indicate the purpose of the
inquiry before the information is requested. We maintain a strict "No-Spam"

If you are purchasing something from an Acorn Planet, Inc. property including EBay
stores, Yahoo stores and other internet properties owned by Acorn Planet, Inc., we and any
third party provider (like Ebay, Yahoo, ..), need to know your name, e-mail address,
mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows us, or third party
providers, to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status, your
credit card information will only be used specific to this transaction, not anything else.
Your contact information may also be used by us to notify you of related products and

Our merchant account is with Card Service International, they serve the majority of the
US credit card accounts. Your purchase not just guaranteed by our 100% money back

to this Privacy Policy on that page.
Do we disclose the information we collect to outside third parties?
AcornPlanet will disclose personal information and/or an IP address, when required by
law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to:
1) Cooperate with the investigations of
purported unlawful activities and conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal
process served on Acorn Planet, Inc.
2) Protect and defend the rights or property of the
Acorn Planet of sites and related properties, or visitors to the Acorn Planet, Inc. of

Opt-in announcement List Privacy Policy
We do not run any opt-in announcement list on our web site for third parties.
The Acorn Planet contains many hyperlinks to third party Web sites. The AcornPlanet.com
also contains advertisements of third parties. Acorn Planet. Inc. is not responsible for
the privacy practices or the content of such third party Web sites or advertisers. Acorn
Planet, Inc. does not share any of the individual personal information you provide Acorn
Planet, Inc. with the third parties to which AcornPlanet.com links, except as stated
elsewhere within this Privacy Policy, although Acorn Planet, Inc. may share general,
aggregate data with such third parties (such as how many people use our site). Please
check with those Web sites to determine their privacy policy.
To further safeguard your privacy, recently we removed the recommendation form and
guestbook which many people are using as advertisement. If you want to recommend
our service, just simply send email to your friends that you think our service might be of
value to them!
